《2015年度中国对外直接投资统计公报》为中英对照，由商务部、国家统计局和国家外汇管理局联合发布。     本书通过统计调查、分析和提供统计资料，全面、准确、及时地反映了我国对外直接投资的全貌，为国家分析境外投资发展趋势，监测宏观运行，制定促进导向政策和实施监督管理，以及建立我国资本项目预警机制提供依据。《公报》分为六个部分： 一、 中国对外直接投资综述 二、 中国对外直接投资流量、存量 三、 中国对世界主要经济体的直接投资 四、 中国对外直接投资者的构成 五、 中国对外直接投资企业的构成 六、 附表 此外还附录了《对外直接投资统计制度》。     The bulletin contains six chapters: 1. Overview of China’s outward FDI in 2015; 2. The Flows and Stock of China’s Outward FDI; 3. China’s outward FDI to world’s major economies; 4. Structure of China’s Outward Foreign Direct Investors; 5. Geographical and Industrial Distribution of China’s FDI Enterprises; 6. Statistics on China’s outward FDI.
