《中国残疾人事业统计年鉴—2011》系统收录了全国和各省、自治区、直辖市2010年残疾人工作各方面的统计数据，是一部反映中国残疾人事业发展的资料性年刊。 本书内容由六部分组成：第一部分是主要指标数据图；第二部分是专文，主要包括中国残疾人事业发展统计公报和部分业务部门及地方的专题短文；第三部分是综合统计资料，是历年统计情况的综合反映；第四部分是2010年度分省统计资料，记录2010年各省任务指标执行情况和全国汇总情况；第五部分是分省残疾人事业统计分析报告，包括全国31个省、市、自治区、新疆生产建设兵团和黑龙江农垦总局；第六部分是附录，介绍中国残疾人事业统计指标解释和有关的政策法规文件。 本书对残联系统的干部、职工特别是主要业务领域的工作人员，各级政府相关部门，从事社会工作的研究人员，以及社会各界了解中国残疾人事业的发展状况，具有重要的参考价值。
